These terms and conditions establish the rights and responsibilities related to the purchase of a ticket for events or activities provided by Virtual Educa, Ellas Vuelan Alto and OSIRIS TRAVEL & EVENTS ("us," "our" or "the company"). By purchasing a ticket, you ("the buyer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase
- 1.1. The ticket is valid only for the event or activity specified at the time of purchase and is subject to ticket availability.
- 1.2. The ticket is personal and non-transferable. It can only be used by the person whose name is listed on the ticket. Resale, transfer, or exchange of the ticket by any means is not permitted unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the company.
- 1.3. By purchasing the ticket, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into transactions.
- 1.4. By purchasing the ticket, you agree to the data privacy policies of Virtual Educa , Ellas Vuelan Alto y , and OSIRIS TRAVEL & EVENTS
- 1.5. The ticket price corresponds to the first stage until September 5th. The second stage will begin on September 6th.
- 1.6 The price of each ticket includes 21% VAT.
2. Ticket Usage
- 2.1. The ticket is valid only for the date, time, and location specified on the ticket.
3. Cancellation and Refund
- 3.1. The buyer acknowledges that the purchase of a ticket is final and non-refundable
- 3.2. In case of event or activity cancellation by the company, the buyer will be informed and provided with a refund or rescheduling option, as applicable.
- 3.3. In case of event cancellation or postponement due to force majeure (such as public safety, public order, natural disasters), the buyer will be informed and no refund will be made, as the ticket will be valid for the new scheduled date of the event.
4. Responsibility
- 4.1. The company is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred by the buyer during their participation in the event or activity.
- 4.2. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any inappropriate conduct or non-compliance with the regulations established by the organizer of the event or activity.
- 4.3. We reserve the right of admission and permanence in the event.
- 4.4. By purchasing a ticket, the person expressly agrees to receive information from VE, EVA, or Osiris about other events related to their corporate purpose.
- 4.5. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer and/or user expressly agrees that their image may be captured by the official photographers/videographers of the event and used in future marketing pieces for FITEA or other related events.
- 4.6 Personal insurance: The organizers cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to property belonging to Forum participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
5. Modifications
- 5.1. The company reserves the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications will be effective upon their publication on our website or at the ticket sales location.
- 5.2. Remember to check your access to the academic agenda to verify compliance with the minimum required hours.
By purchasing a ticket, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
